Apartment Cat Network is a foster-based cat rescue in Queens, New York. We don't have a shelter building—every cat we save lives in a real home with a foster caregiver until they're adopted.
We started with a simple idea: most people who think they can't foster actually can. You don't need a house, a yard, or extra money. A spare room in an apartment and a little love is enough—we handle everything else.
